At this rate it's more likely Kushina finds a way to go full Kyuubi to rip him apart. The problem with Sarutobi is he had blinders the size of a continent when it comes to the likes of Orochimaru and Danzo. In canon he literally had to walk into a lab full of dead mutilated babies and catch Orochimaru in the act to finally do something and then he still - let him go. So don't expect quick actions from the Hokage at this time.
