Increasingly for the large initial payout. The guild has to build itself up from the ground up in Chrysite and we only get a small percent of the *profits*, and we have a deadline. The percentage payout is better in the long run, but we're not here for the long run, we're barely here for a year. Take a payout that gives us a boost quickly to start doing more profitable missions, start ramping through that. Seems the most reasonable to me. Gets us out there to help Kene faster, too, instead of making us stay on the island.
