So glad you are enjoying the show, and even happier you seem to love Isaac as much as me, Isaac is one of the most interesting characters in an anime I have ever seen, and imo he only gets better and more interesting with each episode he is in. As to Alucard's age, he is chronologically 19, but appears physically older (mid 20s) and had an accelerated childhood due to being a Dhampir. Sypha is absolutely right that in many ways, Alucard, is basically a rebellious goth teenager who is mad at his daddy and is lashing out.
