I get super jittery around new people but honestly once I get comfortable around people I am a gob on a stick and that's without talking about any of the things I enjoy like warhammer and anime. I have seen a mighty oak blown over on the ground after a storm, unbent and unbroken, but nevertheless uprooted and dead, when all around it the grass was standing tall, green, and straight. The grass possessed a different kind of strength. They both felt the same wind, but the strength of the oak couldn’t adapt, while the grass bowed all the way to the ground, but sprang back up when the gale had ceased. While you remained strong, bending but not breaking, think about all the laughter you gave that helped others to cope — your strength made them strong, too. Bonus! 😁
