Added 2020-09-13 22:41:31 +0000 UTChi everybody! this vlog starts at doing stuff for my husband's birthday and ends today with a bit of an oregon weather update. a little warning, there are a few clips from the BodyWorlds exhibit at Omsi (because my dumb ass bought tickets online like a month ago not knowing that oregon would burst into flames) & it probably would have been more sane to not drive up there, i know, but tbh the museum air was less hazy than the air in my house has been all week π that being said those clips may be sensitive for some folks.

The pupper is so cute! The Omsi footage was cool. Glad that you and Jim were able to get out into "cleaner" air for a while. Seems like you caught most of the animals during nap time at the Zoo. Happy belated Birthday to Jim. Thanks for the updates on the fires in your state. I'm just glad that the worst of it (hopefully) is behind us.

Having a very similar fire situation where I live in the Eastern Sierra Mountains and the creek fire. It feels like I am getting ready to go to war (or at least the fire fighting version of it) in my small mountain town and being a captain on the fd. Thank you for sharing not just your's and Jim's lives, but all the GP ladies lives with us. It may not seem like it, but it gives all of us in the nerd herd a break and brevity from our lives with a smile not only.on our faces but in our hearts as well! Bryce
