Fragmenter Rewards, May Release 2: Black Rat Hall Update

This month I returned to Black Rat Hall, to complete the neighborhood around the thieves guild. I tried to design it to be a poor neighborhood, with tight alleys and small buildings built against and on top of each other. Sections of the area have catwalks connecting the second levels of the buildings.
The release includes 20 new buildings, each with at least a roof layer, mostly two storey buildings. And the terrain background has been updated to fit the new buildings and add in pigpens, camps and a woodcutter's.
