Devas dislikes gods for a similar reason, but he’s nowhere near losing his temper or acting like a rabid dog. It’s like someone who doesn’t like broccoli; he sees it, wrinkles his face in distaste, but doesn’t blame the chef.

As for making him "grow" so he doesn’t seem like a child, the only answer I’ll give is: he simply dislikes gods. Before the real explanation, it just is what it is. I’ve already shown several reasons why this happened and keeps happening. It’s been shown why his "body" and "soul" do what they do. I’ve already shown why his "energies" act the way they do. It is what it is.

She simply chooses not to speak, and given who she is, I can’t write a POV for her without revealing even more about her identity, even though many already know who she is. In any case, the characters you mentioned are good ones. I believe I’ve already commented on this in a note at the end of a chapter, but characters who appear after a “grand event” have something connected to that event. The battle wasn’t a “grand event” in Terraria, but it still carries some weight...

2024-10-26 22:32:29 +0000 UTCI believe I've mentioned this before, but I'll say it again: Devas’s “hatred” has a reason. I haven’t fully explained it yet, and, really, it’s not even quite hatred. The best example, given that you mentioned “considering his hate for them stems from his world but one of his stats says no gods exist in that world,” is this: in our world, “theoretically” gods don’t exist — and I’m not attacking any religion here, just to be clear — but still, there are people who hate God, even without ever seeing Him or knowing for certain if He exists. Devas is almost the same…

I agree with you on the RWBY Lore, it turned into a happy-go-lucky story with action scenes and a bit of tragedy and horror in the background into a tragedy and horror story with action scenes and a happy-go-lucky background. And it was abrupt. Too abrupt. Like the writer suddenly changed. Ozma dying like a mob character kinda made me rage. And there wasn't really any deep Salem lore. Like they just gave the reasons why she was such a B and she got some bit of screen time where she looks ominously into the distance or whip her subordinates. Rant over. Anyway, I know that by subscribing to pat I technically "buy" your book, but after you finish this story, will you consider selling your work as a true book? I read a lot, and kind genuinely say that you put a lot of effort into it and it's kinda peak in term of creating YOUR OWN story and lore(even though I kind of think that you could expand on that through other chat member like Tony, Dumbledore and such). Don't stress too much over what I'm suggesting, just a passing thought. Love your work as always!

Honestly I still have no clue who that one kitsune woman whose POV was shown after Jille was, I don’t know if I’m just stupid and missed it or it hasn’t been shown yet. I am torn between having someone from worlds of personal magic (Fairy Tail or Black Clover) or picking worlds where the interactions between Devas and the characters would be hilarious (One Piece, Baki, MHA, GOW). Anyways my picks are: Makarov Dreyar (FT): Another nice old man to chill with Fukasaku and Dumbledore, I can see the phone going to him more than any of the main fairy tail cast. Asta(BC): He will simply be the Wizard King. Ace(OP): This is probably the one I’m most confident in, as I don’t see one of the Straw Hats getting the phone. It also gives an extra obvious emergency issue with Marineford, and with I could see Devas actually being a little envious that Ace has a father like Whitebeard (Also Whitebeard trying to make Devas his son would be great). Retsu(B): He needs to improve his 4000 years of Chinese martial arts so he doesn’t become an amputee and get isekaid. (Devas getting Demon Back and one punching Yujiro would be hilarious). Midoriya(MHA): I just think it would be funny for the phone to come right after All Might says “You can’t be a hero” to Deku. So as soon as he gets an emergency mission he goes and beats the hell out of All Might for making him do therapy on Midoriya. Kratos (GOW): He can give Devas some much appreciated God Slaying advice, though he probably would fall into the ‘Old Man’ category of not using the phone well.

Devas isn't ready to devour or kill gods just yet, his body can't handle it, at least not until it heals from the cracks of devouring a PORTION of a God... Everyone I get how they probably felt in all this madness... Ozma may just get to live a bit longer if only severally weakened.... Good job Calleum... And as for why the words were likely bold?
