Weekly update + announcements

Hi everyone!

It's DECEMBER, you guys. Ahhh!! I suddenly feel the pressure - tis the season of EOY posts, isn't it? 😅 I'll talk about that in a bit.

Here are this week's updates:

1. How I'm doing

I'm starting to ease back into some more things now, and this week, I drove my mom to the store for the first time since I had surgery, so.. achievement unlocked?

It was a short drive, and it was doable, as in, I could feel every bump and shiver and vibration that the car experienced, in my wound, and it was very weird, but it was bearable. I don't enjoy the sensation, so I'm not raring to go for longer drives just yet, but it feels good to be able to do more, as I get better.

Also! I'm nervously anticipating Junho's fanmeeting on 8 Dec, coz I did buy a ticket on Princess Jasmine's encouragement, and it'll be my first time going out to a big event in a long time. Ahh! (No I do not plan to drive 🙈 And yes, I'm slightly nervous about feeling all the bumps and vibrations on public transport. But I'll figure it out when I get there, because, Junho! 😍😅)

2. Review of Hi Venus

I marathoned c-drama Hi Venus while I was sick (I watched this after Go Ahead), because quite a few of you seemed to like this one, and this week, I wrote it a quick review.

3. Replacement show for The Worst of Evil

I'm getting to the end of my watch of The Worst of Evil, and I am picking Welcome to Samdalri as the replacement show.

I've been eagerly anticipating Welcome to Samdalri, so this was a total shoo-in, honestly.

I've only watched 5 minutes of E1 as I type this, but honestly, I like it already. 😁

4. Schedule shuffle

And so I'd like to shuffle the schedule a little bit, to allow me to post episode notes soon after they air, instead of the week after, since the episodes air on Sat and Sun night, and it would be too stressful for me to write the notes by Monday, which is the day that I've been posting notes for The Worst of Evil.

And so, I'm swopping Castaway Diva to Monday, and Welcome to Samdalri notes will come out on Wednesday.

The new schedule looks like this:

Monday: Castaway Diva

Tuesday: The Story of Park's Marriage Contract

Wednesday: Welcome to Samdalri

Thursday: Twinkling Watermelon

Friday: Daily Dose of Sunshine

5. EOY posts

Yes, it's that time of year again!

Would you all still like to do guest posts this year, sharing your EOY posts? As before, there will be an option to share the posts on the main blog, or just here on Patreon, depending on what you're comfortable with.

Please let me know if you think this is still a good idea, and if we're going ahead with it, I will make an announcement post soon, with guidelines, details and potential schedule.
