I've been discharged

Another quick note, just to say that the doc cleared me for discharge today, and now I'm finally home, yay!
I'm on oral painkillers and am moving around slowly (the surgery wound is on my abdomen) and wearing a binder and basically under instructions to move at half speed and not pick up anything over 2kg (4.4lb). But also, that I should move as much as I feel comfortable doing, as that will aid recovery.
Unpacking from the hospital was very good that way, I had to shuffle back and forth from the living room to my room to put things away multiple times since I can't carry much at a single go. π
Importantly, I've managed to take a shower and I'm just glad to be home again. π₯°
Also, sorry to say that the final hot doc count remains at 5; no more hot docs were spotted since my last report.
BUT, the docs and nurses were all very pleasant and helpful, as a general rule, with some exceptionally personable ones whom I truly feel grateful for.
