Highlight clip of just-premiered kdrama "My Dearest"

From this highlight clip, it seems like there's some lightness and cute in the beginning, Show quite quickly evolves into something much more tense and life-and-death - which, put that way, kinda reminds me of The Princess's Man.
Show will air in 2 parts, with Part 1 airing in August and Part 2 scheduled for October.
Part 1 is 10 eps (Part 2 will be 10 eps as well) and started airing on 4 Aug on MBC and Viki.
