Playable Bigger Beef Eugenie, use the default 'White Shirt' for this. Comes with full jiggle physics and hair physics as well full collision interactions between her hair and bouncing breasts should her ponytail ever collide.
Install it exactly like any other UE mod, does not actually require the NPC version and can be used independently, but totally fine if you want to use both NPC and Playable version.
