Lorraine! (from Party Crasher)

She was created when the Coalition of Science was coming into the animations and I didn't think too much of her at the time. I actually thought Maxine Baas was going to be the breakaway 'hit' character. Well, here we are - more Lorraine and less Maxine. Worry not Maxine fans, she is still around an in universe!
