Hu Ge slated to star in another drama by Daylight Entertainment

Hu Ge has been confirmed to star in Daylight Entertainment's next big project, titled Bright Future. Bright Future will be directed by Kong Sheng, who also directed Nirvana in Fire.
Both of those are very promising things, as is the fact that many Daylight regulars will be featured to varying degrees, including Liu Tao.
It does sound like a serious story, however, so I'm not sure if I will be suuper interested to check it out.
Reportedly, Hu Ge will play a county party secretary, and he and his colleagues will fight to introduce various reforms to Guangming County, in the name of development and progress.
No word yet on when the series is forecasted to air, but it will likely be a fair while yet, since all dramas in China are fully pre-produced and submitted for approval before airing.
