Subbed trailer for upcoming drama "Showtime Begins!"
Added 2022-04-07 06:54:38 +0000 UTCSo.. I'm not super interested in the premise on paper, but this could be fun, if done well. Plus, I do like Jin Ki Joo, so she's the main draw for me, so far.
Our story is about a magician (Park Hae Jin) who basically has the ability to see ghosts, and that's how he accomplishes his tricks - with the support of ghosts. Jin Ki Joo plays a police officer who can also see ghosts, but is afraid of her abilities. They form an unorthodox partnership to fight crime.
I'd be curious to check this out, if I hear enough positive buzz about the execution - coz my gut says that it's all in the execution, for this one.
Show will air on Saturdays and Sundays, from 23 Apr to 12 Jun, on MBC, Viki and Viu.
