Teaser for upcoming drama "The King of Pigs"
Added 2022-02-19 01:38:04 +0000 UTCWell. This looks like it's going to be bloodier than I generally like in my dramas, but I figured I should at least put this out there, for those of you with a greater appetite for (what appears to be) crime thrillers and serial killings..? π
Adapted from the animated film of the same title, Show is apparently about the bullying within Korea's social hierarchies. Which, actually, sounds pretty interesting as a concept, but I have to admit I'm rather thrown by the teaser's dark and bloody tone.
I honestly thought at first glance, that this was an OCN drama, since OCN's all about the gritty stuff. π But no, it's tvN, flexing its darker side.
The drama stars Kim Dong Wook, Kim Sung Gyu and Chae Jung An, and will be rated 18+ for violence and profanity.
Show is 12 episodes, and will air from 18 March to 23 April on tvN. No word yet on which streaming platforms will carry this one.
