Subbed teaser for upcoming drama "Military Prosecutor Doberman"
Added 2022-01-31 09:04:59 +0000 UTCY'know, ever since I saw this title floating around, I'd been perplexed as to what the title meant. It's only now, that I realize the word "Doberman" is just a play on the male lead character's name, which is "Do Bae Man." Pfft. Ok, then.
So basically, Do Bae Man (Ahn Bo Hyun) joins the military as a prosecutor in pursuit of success, wealth and influence, while female lead Cha Woo In (Jo Bo Ah) joins, for revenge.
As they work on cases together, they help each other, and become real military prosecutors, breaking down evils in the military.
Hm.. that kinda gives me shadows of D.P., in the sense that it seems to be about unveiling systemic wrongs in the military?
I'm neutral about Jo Bo Ah, but I do find myself enjoying Ahn Bo Hyun very well these days, and I did really think D.P. was a very important and excellent work, so.. maybe I ought to check this one out?
Show has 16 eps, and will air on tvN, from 28 Feb to 19 April.
