Junho in fuzzy boyfriend mode in 2AM's "No Good in Goodbye" MV!
Added 2022-01-28 15:26:00 +0000 UTCI've seen Junho's vlog (here!) where he shows some behind-the-scenes footage of him shooting this MV, but this is the first time I'm seeing the actual MV.
My immediate reactions are:
1. Wait, Kim So Hyun's in this, opposite Junho?? I'm.. still adjusting to her being able to take adult roles; she's been playing younger roles for so long that my brain hasn't caught up. 🙈 That did make it a little strange for me, to see her in this as our adult leading lady.
2. Junho makes a dreamy, dreamy boyfriend, no question about it. 😍😍 I melted and spazzed at my screen a lot, during this MV, never mind that the song is about goodbyes. 😅
3. I would re-watch this, just for the Junho content. My feelings about the song are irrelevant. 😁
4. But for the record, it's not a bad song. It just doesn't seem like a particularly remarkable song? Right now, at least, it melts into the corner of my brain where the other Korean love ballads mash together, mostly.
5. BUT THE JUNHO CONTENT IS ACES.
6. They continue the story!! In another MV, for a different song! 🤯 Ok, that's a nifty concept. You can find that MV here. Again, I watched it for Junho - but you already knew that, right? 😉

To be honest, I didn't quite feel the chemistry either, but I thought that was just me struggling to see Kim So Hyun in an adult role. 😅 You're so right - I mean, I haven't seen all of Junho's MVs yet, but I definitely noticed it in this one, that he makes it feel like a proper movie or drama role, in the way he showed up. I felt like I was watching snippets of a movie. 🤩
2022-01-28 15:48:02 +0000 UTCI'm a fan of both KSH and Junho and they were great individually in the MV but unfortunately I didn't feel much chemistry between them which is weird cause Junho has chemistry with everyone. It could have been the fact they film all this in one day so maybe need more time to create chemistry. I just love Junho in MVs. He always brings his acting chops to them and makes his parts feel like he's in a movie/drama instead of a MV. Make It? Now I want him in a disaster action movie. With Me Again? I wanna see him as a cop or spy (aka with a gun).
