Update: VOGUE India collab

Just a quick update to let you know that the collab with VOGUE India is done, and in less than 12 hours, a Dear KFG post will go up on the blog, with a link to the VOGUE India article, as well as a full rundown of my interview Q&A, because she only quoted me selectively, for the VOGUE article.
Just between you and me (ie, please let's keep this as a private discussion here on Patreon), the blog almost didn't get linked for the collab.
When Hasina, the journalist who'd reached out to me, sent me a link to the article, I checked and saw that while the blog was mentioned, it wasn't linked. I asked her about it, and in her words, "As part of our international editorial protocol, we don't link outwards unless some content has been taken from another website and needs to be attributed."
I responded by curiously pointing out that I'd gotten linked in September by VOGUE India, without even having done a collab. She asked for a screenshot, which I provided, and she said that she'd send it along to her editor who was on a trip to the US, and therefore "communication might be patchy."
However, within minutes, she said she'd spoken with "the team," and the article had been updated.
I don't know what that was about, but it sure struck me as very strange. Also, it's always been my understanding that it's basic online etiquette to link someone, especially if they've done an interview with you. π€
Happily, that's all sorted, and when you see the article, you'll see that the blog is linked after all, so it's all good.
