Karen Summers from Growth Lab 17!
Added 2022-11-18 12:01:02 +0000 UTCThis is a redraw/recolor from Growth Lab 17 - The Maker. I think (and don't quote me) this was also the FIRST time Karen showed up. She was being workshopped a lot in that comic. Her look changed from page to page. I recall my idea at the time was she was sort of a 'evil Asuka' character with blonde hair. I had this image she would get hair growth when she changed and that is still around!
This particular page was one I like a lot. Looking back, her prior face was always off model and got moreso as the years went by. Karen's look is a lot more consistent now and what better time to drop a redraw!

Totally, both versions have their pluses. Personally, I like the recent one but there are so many good things about the prior too!
