I check this video out now and then.... every time it puts a HUGE smile on my face. Speaking only for myself, it reminds me of what's possible when a bunch of people come together in the spirit of cooperation and fun. I don't want to sound like a reductionist and imply the secret to the world's issues are solved by gathering to play Foo Fighter songs but you know, it couldn't hurt. haha
Really, we are better together than alone. We're social at our core and I believe we are truly a caring people. I see it all the time and it makes me so happy to be alive right at this moment. You know that saying, "The past is history, the future is a mystery and right now is a gift – that's why they call it the present". Things can and do get better, things can and do slip. In the end, the world is better because YOU are here.
You make a difference. Never doubt your ability to make one single person's life better. In helping others, we show our willingness to share and love. For everyone reading this, I believe in you and I KNOW you are a superior person. There's no need to 'dig deep' to find your awesomeness. It sits right there on the surface waiting for you to use it.

2022-01-15 00:28:18 +0000 UTCI agree and think it's better to be optimistic. Why not, after all. There is a saying in science (and other disciplines) which goes "What you measure is what you get". In other words if you go LOOKING for awfulness you will surely find it. So why not look for the good in people and the world. This is an amazing place and we are one family whether we acknowledge it aloud or not. Thank you for the comment!

We all could do so much together, but so so many people fear, stay silent or support tyranie and so much more. I belive in people, many call me naive but I don't care which language, skincolor, sex or anything else someone have. If the person has a brave hearth and a good soul, everything is okay for me. Great song and thank you for the video.
