I wanted to give a little more context to my previous post about the comics. Above you will find a chart which roughly shows where things are with my comics.
In terms of production, I am done up to Growth Lab 34. Disregarding the outlier of growth Lab 42 and 44, we are at issue 34. I think I mentioned this before but the comics are my relaxation and fun times. I bounce around a little bit with the drawing, lettering and the overall work. When I have a little free time between animation work, I will normally sit and do lettering or drawing or whatever fits the moment.
What I’m looking to do now is to get everything caught up a little more. It’s a bit of work but I have some help from Solstice and a few other comic fans. I don’t know if the day where I am perfectly caught up is going to happen soon but I’d like to think it will happen at some point.
As you can see there are all lot of comics penciled and inked but quite a few that have no lettering or word balloons. I’ve mentioned before that is one of the bottlenecks. Still, with your encouragement, I think we can get it done.
You all also notice I have a few comics that haven’t started. I have a rough plot for all those heading towards issue 50. Again, don’t hold my feet in the fire over this. The idea is to still get you as much comic art or more as you are already getting. The only difference will be it comes in bigger chunks across the year. PDFs are great idea and I’m glad you seem to think so too.
