OK, your old pal Ready gets a LOT of comments, messages, email across the places he's online. Discord, Main Site, deviantArt, Patreon, etc. Below is one of the more frequent exchanges I get.
I paraphrased a recent comment thread with my response. I think it sums up the Patreon and also explains a LOT about why this question is both important and frequent. Read on and then we can talk!

Friend & Fan Comment: I would love these animations so much more if they didn't have [insert fetish I don’t like].
My Response: A few things - and the FIRST and most important is I respect your opinions on the matter. I see things a bit different BUT I totally understand that when someone doesn't like something - it can be a turn off - period. The content of the animations is voted upon and co-guided by my patrons and myself. I do my best to give anyone who cares to vote or comment the kinds of action they enjoy. I can't make EVERYONE perfectly happy but I do what I can to make sure the majority are getting the work they like. Still, I won't kid you and say my Patreon is some magical place where every growth fan's dreams come true. It's a work in progress and it's all about cooperation between me and all my friends and fans. If you're unsure - I get it and I can't promise things are exactly what you want but you get access to EVERYTHING with a subscription (past and current work). I think the main thing is to set expectations to a reasonable level based on the work you see in my various public galleries and what you know. If that seems like it might not do it for you - TOTALLY understand. I appreciate people just checking the place out. Thank you for that.

When I started the Patreon it was mostly a tip jar for the comics but with YOUR SUPPORT we have animations and tons more art all around. I know I can't make each of you a custom animation but I do my best to give ALL OF US fun transformation art.
Thank you again for that support and thank you so much for the understanding. We are making this happen and we ALL come out ahead when we work together towards a goal.

Right off the bat I added belly expansion to my list of items for an upcoming poll. Beyond that – great suggestion! I think it was on a previous poll so we’ll see how it fares next time around. Something your comment brings up is something I’m talking about above (and VERY relevant). That is the idea of adding new things to the Patreon. I think the current triumvirate (BE/GTS and FMG) are working pretty well together and we have a nice balance. That doesn’t mean we can’t or won’t add anything new to the mix! We are always adding in new things in various animations. What I want to stress is I care a lot about the longtime fans as well as the new ones. I want to be SURE adding in new stuff doesn’t mean old ideas or interests get shorted (though I suspect some might disagree). I have a lot of conversations about things like BE or FMG getting the spotlight but the truth is they get about equal spotlight and we are getting MORE animations overall than ever. Probably a bit a long-winded way to say I don’t really sit down with a checklist and wonder if I can get more patronage from X or Y fetish group. I do the best I can and work with the people who are currently here to bring them the best I can. I probably could make a lot more money and get many more patrons if I catered to the more popular ideas or was a little more hardcore. Thing is, I am SUPER happy at the moment and I want to improve with what we have. I want YOU and EVERYONE here to have the best animations and I will continue to add in new ideas for fun. I will always have a focus on BE/GTS since that is my longtime love. I also am enjoying the FMG work a lot. Beyond that any and all ideas are (somewhat) fair game as long as they are of interest to myself and a majority of the patrons here. Thanks again and apologies for the ramble. Since you already have BE and FMG why not add that in there! It could bring in a alot more viewers from the FWG community
