Ready Art Explains the Growth Lab - Episode 010, Luna Masters

I wanted to get rolling with some of the one-sheets for the various characters in the Growth Lab series (animated and comic).
We'll start with Luna. She's probably one of the more famous (or infamous) people in the series. You see her and perhaps wonder who she is? Well, wonder a little less now that you have this handy one-sheet to look at.
Luna has been around since the comic Growth Lab 11. She appeared at the very end of that issue and honestly I didn't think much of her at the time (and I am sure a few of you don't think much of her NOW! hahaha). Well, she ended up being pretty fun to draw (at least for me) and I liked the idea she was one of the people who created the Growth Virus. She ended up being like a Dr Banner (from Marvel comics) who is always looking for a cure and never seeming to find one.
Mostly though, many of her failures are due to her own ego and hubris. She is a controlling personality who disdains help even when it's clear she needs it.
Some interesting tidbits:
- Luna went to school with Hannah Stromberg, they are the same age.
- She can pilot most types of planes and aircraft
- She is a programmer of some note
- Was responsible for the first matter transportation system developed (in the GLab Universe)
- Though she is responsible for a lot of property damage she is still viewed as one of the better hopes for containing the energy virus
- She is technically in a branch of the Air Force though her specific assignment relates mostly to space exploration (in the GLab Universe version of the Armed services)
You'd think with all her accolades and smarts she wouldn't 'eff up so much but unknown to Luna there are quite a few forces aligned against her success. One of the things she is discovering slowly is people both in and out of her branch are actively hoping she does NOT find a cure for the growth plague. One of the ongoing subplots of the comics is Luna working around as to why that is and who is ultimately pulling the strings against her.
In upcoming animations and comics we will learn more about her progress and the people working for and against her! Of course there will be lots of growth action too!
Hope you enjoyed this look at one of the mains of our little story here and I will be bringing you more as I can! Ideally each new look will have a similar layout with a color sheet of the person and their 'body type' to go with it.

Don't know at the moment! I'm pretty much doing these as inspired. I did consider running a poll or asking for suggestions BUT... BUT.. I realized this will probably go better if I can move through them as I "feel" who to do next so I have maximum motivation! haha! I will IDEALLY get to all the characters (certainly the mains).
