The services are somewhat more expensive than they deserve to be and the health conditions leave a lot to be desired, but at least food is abundant and even free sometimes, as free as the political conflict and violence.
They're nothing less than the day-to-day of a world without night for this little vixen named Vixi. But, what are those "so little relevant" topics to Vixi? She has more important matters to attend, as her lack of job, her debts and a very angry landlord.
