DAAMMNN. They never explained why the DNA didn't match his "father" tho but there is one more episode. They really pulling out everything Which is why, when Heejoo fell I was like HELL NO don't do some bs amnesia thing right now. Because they WOULD. So relieved they didn't. Also, Gyu-jin (saeon's mother) having such a big hubris that she would murder someone about to die. Her feelings are justified, sure, but what a perfect downfall. They literally had a whole ass vehicle. Why would he confront him?? Ignorance is bliss for a reason. The cope after this episode. He better have some really good compelling reason. Episode 12 deserved to be some fluffy, lovey dovey finale

I’m still hoping it is a nightmare though because despite him having hinted that he was planning on disappearing, I’m hoping he was able to see that in the end Heejoo accepts him for everything that he is and isn’t. That said though, if he does disappear and this winds up being his reason because of his guilt, at least it’s pretty realistic regarding insecurities, trauma, and how people handle things differently. Sometimes that trauma and those negative feelings you have about yourself can’t just be solved with “but I love you!” from someone else. Thanks for commenting!!

2025-01-04 12:35:03 +0000 UTCIt's not a nightmare. The ML Sa Eon has been hinting at disappearing in episode 8 and then he made it clear in episode 10. It's always been his plan, only the endgame will be different. Even though episode 11 wasn't my favorite I appreciate they decided to conclude most of the mystery in it. I hope in the last episode we'll get some peace and happiness for the main leads.

He has been seeking revenge but not his mother who probably had no choice in this either. So now he is dealing with it. The show is really about twisted family dynamics so it may sense, in my head at least.

Honestly, I truly can't imagine a good enough reason for our guy to just leave her. Not after everything. If it turns out to be real and it's not someone's imagination, a dream, a what if ..I am flipping the script and declaring it my own nightmare. They've done it enough times I feel fully justified in downright ignoring it this time. 😤 Our Sa-eon (sorry, dude, I don't know your name) just deciding to leave our Hee-joo?! Naaaaah! No way. Either way, they are absolutely my couple of the year. They rightfully received that award, and both YYS and CSB deserved those individual awards they received, too. It's been a long time I was this invested and that I hoped for a HEA for anyone. One more episode, only couple hours to go. As happy I am to see how it ends, I am also kinda sad I have to say goodbye. 🥹 P.S. the most likely theory about what he heard and the one I saw float around the most is about the car accident. How he is the son of a man who caused all that suffering for her... And though I see it being a shocker, I still don't see how leaving helps anyone. 💔
