Our Next K-Dramas! (Results 🙌)

Hey guys!

Just want to re-emphasise that the poll we did for dramas almost a week back now was mainly based on gauging what you guys were most interested in, and seeing the results, I’m so glad you guys showed up in force!

In that vein, this was never about what achieved the highest votes and would get picked, but rather just seeing what we might be able to add to a watchlist soon.

As I said in this month’s watchlist, we have a pretty busy live drama season this December, so this likely won’t take effect until January 2025. These dramas are in no particular order and will be watched either together or alongside a live airing drama starting early next year.

There are a lot of dramas we could watch at any one given time, but they take time, so anything that might not be up next, just know I plan on checking out most of the recommendations that were left! The main thing is that I want to have a balance of live airing stuff along with some stuff that’s finished, so we’ll try move towards that!

Also! Why is AoS back? I’ve told this story a few times already but there were 2 reasons we dropped that show:

1. I was watching a lot at the time and so we moved pretty slow with it. The drama itself I think took time to really pick up for me as well.

2. The most important one - in a conversation over dinner, my Dad inadvertently spoiled the actress change of part 2 before I knew that had happened (I love Go Yoonjung now that I’ve met her in Moving but I was so sad Somin wasn’t continuing), AND he spoiled a later plot point which I seem to have now forgotten 🙂 I’ve tried really hard to remember what it was but I remember that whole conversation putting me off so we just put it on hold “indefinitely”.

I’ve rewatched the last couple of episodes of AoS in anticipation for bringing this back, so we’re cool on that front, and we will continue from Ep. 9! The reactions to the show (1-8) will be posted over here over December and January as I removed them so people wouldn’t be confused ☺️

Anyway! That’s about it y’all! Moral of today’s post: don’t get your parents into K-Dramas because they WILL yap and spoil you 🥲 My Mum and Dad have watched like 200-300 dramas now (way more than me) and so we just avoid the topic altogether LMAO
