love that this episode is really kind of pointing out that in yet another industry, unnecessary middle-men get in the way of a good result. I get that you need staff, but playing telephone instead of scheduling direct contact between two heavily involved writers on the same script seems like the dumbest thing a company/corpo could do

But the moment the show went bad, it's them whom people shred into pieces. My man spits painful facts π€§βπ». Adaptation is such a tricky and complex job. When you write a book or a manga, your imagination is limitless. But that's not the case with plays or films or series. There are things that the production cannot do. That's why it's important to always have a face to face discussion with the author, scriptwriter, and director and producer during the development of the script.
