Can’t watch content?

Apparently over the last few hours Streamable (the site that hosts all our videos) had an issue and wasn’t able to play videos.
This should be fixed now and content should be watchable again. I’ve double checked on my end and through the alt-account and things have worked.
Sorry for not posting on it earlier, but if there are any issues continuing further I’ll be monitoring them and collecting data on what issues occur when and on what vids and I’ll raise it to Streamable if needed.

Also - Cosmos Tier members who said they couldn’t watch AAA / KBS shows posted in the last week. Watch them on desktop! The pure size of the files might not play on mobile for KBS, and definitely won’t for AAA.

2023-12-18 02:32:23 +0000 UTCas a work-around you could open the links via the patreon app, then type in the streamable url into your browser. it seems like only embedded playing was having an issue.
