This is me roughly conceptualizing, more shots will be added in and most likely some things here will be left out as well. A shot focusing on lower/internal end of things is almost certain to be in there :)

Other wise you need that title to determine what the difficulty is. Alternately a shot that somehow communicates the largeness of the cock would work. Cheers,
