Here's the finished video for August! And for any newcomers here's an intro comic with a bit more context for this scenario:

Video contains: shapeshifting, slight size difference, 2 positions, finishes inside at the end

Pronouns:

Lio (white fur): he or they 

Werewolf (black fur): he/him 

CW: werewolf eats a sheep or goat briefly in the beginning; not overtly graphic

I somehow wound up coloring the whole thing, because I didn't want a sudden switch to monochrome to feel jarring. Some parts are a bit rough due to time constraints, but hopefully it's still enjoyable!

I was going to try out Patreon's new in-site video hosting feature, but.. unsurprisingly Patreon seems to be struggling to actually upload the video natively (it uploads super slowly and then just keeps restarting when it gets to a certain point?)… so for now i’m sticking with the old off-site format haha

Speaking of time constraints, it was honestly pretty buckwild of me to decide to add color to this whole thing last-minute, and doing so was just barely manageable in that time frame-- it was mostly possible thanks to the really simple character designs. 😅 I know a while ago someone brought up the idea of doing bi-monthly animations, which is something I might consider sometime in the future... I'll make a separate poll/post about it someday but idk, would you guys be interested in seeing more colored animations if possible?

It might be nice doing it bi-monthly so there'd be more time to polish up the rougher bits etc and mayyybe continue adding color... as of right now i'm not sure i'd be able to do these consistently in full color on a monthly basis, but this was a fun experiment for sure! I did realize that something of this length would Not work with Denni and Loup, because their character designs have more colors, markings etc. 🤔I think i would die animating all of Denni's freckles lmao, that's why I don't include them in monochrome

But honestly I'm not sure how i would go about doing a bi-monthly setup, like if i would only charge bi-monthly or if i would supplement the month where there's not an animated video with something less labor intensive, like a comic maybe? Or smaller animations? Not really sure! I'm also a bit sleepy right now so I'm not sure I'm really making sense haha
