Some changes

The I'm removing the second tier for this month to give it a rework of sorts as I feel it was too much for not a lot in return. In the meantime, I have been feeling much better and the creativity has been flowing through my veins. Sure it isn't RWBY but a bit variety is always welcome. Sinder and Boa don't seem to mind.

What's the current status of the rwby projects that were in development? Even if unfinished I'd love to see them. Also I'm super happy to see Sinder get coiled. She and other vtubers desperately need more good art!
