Added 2021-03-16 01:03:51 +0000 UTCHey, ya'll! Since the start of my Patreon, I have been trying to find a way to balance my work life with the obligations I have to you'll as supporters. What I have learned is I am by no means able to make the same commitments full-time artists have the ability to. I work 9-5p (sometimes more) 5 days a week while attending college and the occasional volunteer service in the evening. This leaves me with little time to complete rewards, do commissions, and still find time to draw for myself. Because of this, I stress the crap out of myself to constantly try to meet the monthly deadline for fear my supporters will not understand the busy life I lead and leave. It is your right if you so choose I can't stop that, but I do try my best to meet this demand without going crazy and really fail at it. So I need to have a better relationship with my mental health and stop stressing myself out practically all the time, I have decided that instead of worrying about getting all this done in one month I would do away with this deadline.
Here's what this means for you. Nothing changes on your end, you'll still be getting your monthly rewards for those that have paid for them. I will still try my best to meet the monthly deadline jus not kill myself if I don't make it. What is being replaced is that everyone who is on the reward tier will have a running tab I keep track of. As a finish a piece I cross that part off the tab and move on to another piece owed. You all can still submit ideas monthly as I request them and it all just goes onto the tab until it's fully paid up. Hopefully, this will help ease my stress. If this doesn't work out for you please let me know, ya'll are my supporters and deserve the best I can give so I will try to accommodate.
REMINDER: YOU ARE STILL GETTING YOUR MONTHLY REWARDS I AM JUST TAKING OUT THE DEADLINE AND REPLACING IT WITH A TAB SYSTEM. POSTS CALLING FOR NEW IDEAS WILL STILL HAPPEN MONTHLY AND WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TAB CROSSING THEM OUT AS I FINISH TILL CAUGHT UP.
