I hope as the city lord Arthas can issue quests based on issues he knows about, would be insanely cool for him to be a major quest assigner! I hope he takes arthur as an apprentice given that IIRC he’s going a less potentially powerful sword knight build at the moment rather than the grand knight class which was just superior. Maybe takes all of the player knights under his wing and offers an hour of lessons a morning or per week based on his time, make it a repeatable quest.
