One Issue about the 2022 Reward vol.05, 06

Regarding our team's future Patreon operation policy, we would like to inform you of future sponsorship payment compensation.

Currently, two rewards, vol.05 for April and vol.06 for May, have not been paid yet. We have previously informed you that it will proceed sequentially after the compensation process of vol.04, but the remaining two rewards are also somewhat stagnant as it took a lot of time.

First of all, We`d like to inform you that these two rewards of vol.05 and 06 will be will be processed separately from the end of Team WB`s Patreon activities in the future. This is to inform you that the application for a compensation character through DM from April to May is still valid, and the cancellation or refund process of the payment has become very difficult and complicated after the monthly sponsorship period ends in Patreon payment and settlement system.

We hope you guys could get and accept this heavy decision.

저희 팀 위키드블랙의 향후 페트리온 운영방침과 관련하여 후원결제보상에 대해 안내해드립니다.

현재 4월분 후원결제 보상인 vol.05과 5월분 후원결제 보상인 vol.06 두 번의 리워드가 아직 지급이 되지 않은 상태입니다. 앞서 vol.04의 보상처리 이후 순차적으로 진행될 것이라 알려드린 적이 있으나, 시간이 많이 소요된 만큼 남은 두 리워드 역시 다소 정체되어 있습니다.

이 vol.05, 06 두 리워드는 앞으로의 페트리온 운영과 별개로 그대로 진행, 보상처리될 것임을 알려드립니다. 이는 4~5월 동안 이미 DM을 통해 보상 캐릭터를 신청받은 건이 아직 유효함과, 페트리온 결제 및 정산 시스템 상 매달 후원기간이 종료된 이후에 해당 결제 건의 취소 혹은 환불절차가 매우 까다롭고 복잡해져 내린 불가피한 결정임을 알려드립니다.
