Thistle's Cabin (BARbarian Tier)

Nestled not far from the swampy waters and haunted forest rests Thistle's cabin. For some time this land was left to waste. A shrine sat not far from here, but the surrounding area was haunted, blighted, and monsters stalked nearby.

Now the land boasts a small farm and blacksmith. The produce from here is often traded with the nearby castle. The waters are no longer plagued by monsters, and the land is healthy.

The haunted forest, however, has only grown more peculiar as any who walk here, might come across all manner of strange gifts, including wicker dolls, friendship bracelets, and candies. When asked about this, Thistle simply notes that "Just because they're dead, doesn't mean ghosts don't need friends too."

Who is Thistle?

Thistle is my level 20 fighter from a west marches style campaign that I have taken part in during this year, and who was a lot of fun to play.

Ever keen to make new friends, when she heard there was a forest filled with 'lost souls' she took it upon herself to help them find their way. Now that she has retired from adventuring, she's taken up this custodial role as her new full-time occupation.

As such, I thought it would be nice to honour the fun I've had with this character by making a map of her home. I hope you enjoy it too and find some use of it in your games.
