And when MLP ends...what is next...?
Added 2019-08-26 15:19:03 +0000 UTCRecent events and peeking over a few of the Spoiler images of the last episodes of MLP made me think about the future, things that i didn't want to think about just yet, but I cant help it now....Will my art be appreciated when there is no more Pone? People that support my art will just stop and cut their Pledge? What do i draw now? Is Pone the only thing I do that actually sells? If its meant to end soon...where I'll go now?
I've been contemplating more alternatives, projects with another friend that needs my skills, maybe a sleeping project of my own...probably keep drawing EqG and pone for a while....But the thing is, I've been in this situation before Way back in 2010 I started to draw art of KnJ. I even published one Manga-like oneshot about that series (if you want to look at it, is still in the interweb, the name of the Story is "Fishing Trip" by Dark Samus, my first artist name). The thing is that I had friends in forums, people that loved my art (didnt have monetary support back then), and people that "Loved" KnJ.....2013 came along with the end of that Manga.....and people just vanished. Gone with the wind. I shifted focus to MLP, and here i stand again, with only a few legal months before the airing of the last episodes.... Thinking about the future and unsure of what will happen from here.
Heh...Probably i already bored you with my babbling...what i wanted to say is, I felt i had to write down how i am feeling to somehow feel a bit better. Wheter if you, dear patron, read it or not, im fine with either. I just hope to count on with you for a while longer....and if you decide that, once the show is over, my services are no longer required, I HOPE that what i did during this time was good enough for you. The art will continue, uploads will contiunue....I'll continue, just needed to write this. Thank you for reading.
