My friend visited Hong Kong for the first time a while back and one of the most stupid question popped up in my head. I actually have no idea where I can bring him to.

Maybe it's because I am someone who lives here, everything feels so accessible to a local that there isn't really a sense of urgency to visit the tourist spots (not sure how to phrase this better) and honestly I haven't even visited all the tourist spots in Hong Kong myself lol.

It's crazy that it's a random question that popped up in my head because it was my first time bringing a foreign friend around the place where I grew up. So I decided to change my perspective up a little and decided to view everything around me like I am a tourist. And I found out slowly that, Hong Kong is indeed quite a special place, I just never got the chance to fully appreciate it.

When my friend visited Hong Kong, he found everything so interesting and amazing that for some reason I was really really happy, to know that he found the place that I grew up, that I live in, so intriguing. Makes me proud to be a HongKonger
