Added 2021-04-20 11:29:11 +0000 UTCI know some of you might have been encountered people being toxic, friendly killing, insulting ect.
Now there is a ban list for them, and this will automatically instakill them at the start.

Hmmm i'm not sure I can because the banlist check event is executed before the gamemode even initalize, so that won't be possible
