Game Development Diary 01
Added 2023-12-03 23:41:28 +0000 UTCHello, everyone! I want to express my immense gratitude to each of you for the interest and support you've shown. It gives me great confidence that I am on the right path.
Currently, I am dealing with a multitude of tasks, both small and large, while juggling this alongside my main job. I hope in the near future to fully dedicate myself to my project. For instance, reaching the $1000 milestone will allow me to entirely commit myself to Coteon and produce content on a much larger scale.
I plan to keep a development diary and share it with you every month. This will enable you to understand what has already been accomplished and what tasks are still in the process of creation. After some time, you'll be able to gauge the pace of my work on the game. I've visualized the entire progress of the game development in a diagram. If you want more detailed information about the tasks, feel free to follow the link at the end of this message.
At the moment, I have 137 tasks. This is the amount of work required for the launch of the game's demo version. Of course, there's a possibility that something has been overlooked, and minor changes or additional subtasks may be introduced. So, the figure is not final, but very close to the real state of affairs. I am pleased that the most labor-intensive stage, related to programming, has been completed. It took a considerable amount of time, even a year ago. I hope in the future, some time after the release, I'll be able to delegate part of the programming tasks to others.
