OMG! 15 Years Ago... Throwback to my first Band/Tour
Added 2021-01-20 23:59:53 +0000 UTCOh. My. God. 15 years ago... This was my very first band METAPHOR on our very first Tour of Australia in 2007. The project ended disastrously (lol) as did my other past band projects, but watching this back is so fun and insane because I honestly don't remember 95% of what was captured here on film! It does bring back so many other memories from that time in my life and all the firsts during that era.
I'm so grateful to still be close friends with Jenn ( she's also on Patreon! https://www.patreon.com/JLynnViolin ) - and we both now happen to live in Las Vegas! She was so amazing to document and take so many photos and videos during this Tour- Jenn found CD's of videos and images, uploaded, and sent me a Dropbox link. Here are just a few snippets from the first batch with more coming.
It's also interesting analyzing how I played, and the dedicated head banging practice- and how thick/long my hair was. 😅 I also remember that our tour manager tricked us into eating Kangaroo the same evening we went to a Wildlife Center to play with Kangaroos. 😟 I also find my 20-year old self quite annoying 🤣 Ahh youth.
