Warcry ruins WIP
Added 2024-08-04 22:14:31 +0000 UTCI'm allowing myself a little bit of hobby butterflying atm, so while I was nailing down my Ossiarch Bonereapers scheme for the Teratic Cohort warband, I decided to make a dent on my Warcry starter set terrain. Being bitten by the Warcry bug when I visited Garfy and Dunk in London, I want to have a play set full of terrain ready to play. I went for a different scheme than the first couple of pieces I painted a couple of years ago, as I was never really happy with them. For this set, I went with a generic light grey with rusted metal and brown wood planks, that should work with a variety of game boards. I love painting terrain as I always stick to fast techniques like zenithal basecoating and drybrushing, so I can get stuff done really quickly, which gives me a great sense of accomplishment when I usually need a month for a character or handful of models. As you can see, the first half is pretty much done, all is left is adding some pigments and a few more drybrushes :)
