How to paint Necron Warriors (masterclass tutorial)

I actually uploaded this tutorial on Patreon two years ago, but I never got around to updating it to my improved "masterclass" format with added commentary and advice. Well, here it is!
I'd love to paint some more Necrons at some point, maybe the Combat Patrol for 10th Edition. This squad of Necrons was meant to be the start of a Compendium Kill Team, but since they've been de facto replaced with the Hierotek Circle, I never painted more of them. Anyway, if I ever get around painting more Necrons, I promise to expand this tutorial with more models and unit types :)
