Hi guys, here's a little update so you know where your Patreon payments are going... ;)

While filming footage for my last videos I noticed that my previous camera mount and lights setup was somehow always in the way and made painting very uncomfortable. As you can see my painting space is limited, so I need to make the best use of the available space.

Now I replaced my desk lamp with a camera rig and a large ring light with a smartphone clamp. With the new setup, I can now take top shots without hassle that are also more evenly and better lit. I hope to publish my first real video tutorial soon so you can see the new setup in action! I also bought new sturdier legs for my IKEA tabletop to minimize shaking.

And since video editing with 4K and full HD videos requires a lot of storage space and computing power, I have expanded my computer with a new 2 TB SSD hard drive.
