YouTube Denied Us Monetization
Added 2021-02-25 08:27:57 +0000 UTCHello everyone! I heard back from YouTube a week after I hit 1,000 subs and was finally, after 5 years of content for this channel, able to apply for monetization.
And was denied.
I honestly expected this. I make videos showcasing *lewd* games so technically, yes, my videos contain sexual themes. Is it right that I was denied? I don't think so.
So many channels on YouTube create content with sexual themes and are still monetized. So why not mine? There could be a lot of reasons.
This isn't going to stop me. All this means is that we need to push this Patreon harder and grow our community more!
I hope to make a video soon on hitting 1k, getting rejected and plans for the future.
