Sorry for being silent for so long.
We have some serious restructure of the things here at Bestiarum, those will start to show up already in the current release. Hope youll like them!
First of all we are working on the standardizing the scale of our miniatures and sizes of the bases. In this release the smallest crew members stand on 25mm base!
Unfortunately because of this almost all release will have to be re-supported (( it was a tough decision and it will delay delivery of presupported models this month.
Our goal is to make as comfortable as possible for you to use those in any games and i hope it ill be worth the wait.
Aside to this there will be plenty of new information coming in November - December.
I'll keep you updated on how it goes and in meantime have a look of what we have prepared for you in November ;)

Should have made the models 40mm bases for troops, 50mm for elites and 60 for leaders. :/

2021-11-02 07:10:17 +0000 UTCTo get the overall standard it's unfortunately not the case of our minis. The one reason for it is the scale of heads and body parts. We do more realistic proportions. They will never look the same as minis that are made with those disproportions. Our minis have to be a bit taller then ordinarry mins, in this case it may work. 25mm is actually base size but the character itself is in 32mm scale. It can be a bit confusing but with time all our range will be adapted to simimllar scale. It will work with most of the minis that have more realistic proportions.

Maybe it's due to the early state of the render but the insect monsters seem a bit hasty/messy. Nonetheless I am excited what you bring up next. I just hope to find more grim fantasy instead of grim steampunk/dieselpunk. Otherwise I will just happily buy some of your older releases.

Could you look back at those old 32mm releases and give us en estimation on how many % we should scale down the existing minis to fit 25mm? I did some math and still they came out to smal (looks like children next to the ordinary 25mm minis I have).

I think I’m taking a step back, though I will keep an eye out for the revisitation and expansion of the older factions. Bestarium are awesome and I love your Patreon! I’ll be back, I’m sure.

2021-10-29 16:10:41 +0000 UTCHoly freaking heck. This is gorgeous. That fish balloon!! I am excited about the 25mm sizes. Smaller figures print faster paint faster game faster and take up less space in my display cases so I can devour even more figures before I die under an avalanche of minis.
