Invitations to receive your rewards are sent every Friday, to the email address used for your Patreon Account. 

If you are just joining us, you will need to wait until the next Friday to receive your invites. 

To receive your rewards immediately, please join us on TRIBES.

You must ensure your MyMiniFactory and Patreon Accounts use the same email address. Make sure to double check your spam or promotions folders.

Our Loyalty program is simple, you’ll receive rewards after 3, 6, and 9 months of consecutive subscription. All our Loyalty Rewards are only available via Tribes.

You can see all rewards and upcoming rewards which you are eligible for in your REWARDS DASHBOARD on MyMiniFactory. You can sign up with the same email you use on Patreon or find the email which we sent to you with some more information!

Q. How do I claim my Loyalty Rewards?

A. We periodically run a Tribes Loyalty Migration Programme. You will receive an email invitation with a free trial to Tribes. Simply redeem this free trial, and your Patron loyalty progress will be updated on Tribes, granting you access to your loyalty rewards.

Q. Where can I see my unlocked Loyalty Rewards?

A. You can see all your progression towards unlocking your Loyalty Rewards here!

Q. Will I be double-charged if I subscribe to MyMiniFactory?

A. No, if you are a current Patron you will be eligible for a FREE Trial, so you can join this month and try it out! But you will have to cancel one of the subscriptions before your next payment date.

Q. Will my future Loyalty streak be recorded on MyMiniFactory if I don't subscribe this month?

A. If you decide to switch over to MyMiniFactory Tribes, all Loyalty will be tracked automatically, if you stay on Patreon your Loyalty will be imported into MyMiniFactory again on the next Migration.

Q. I didn’t get the trial. What should I do?

Q. Can I move back and/or cancel my Tribes subscription if I want to stay on Patreon?

A. Yes, you can cancel your Tribes subscription at any point and stay on Patreon, if you do this during your free trial, there will be no additional costs.

By doing so, you will lose out on great features Tribes has to offer such as automatic discounts, automatically distributed Loyalty Rewards and instant file delivery!
