Oh, no I wasn't referring to that. I was referring to us the readers having the privilege of steering the story a bit, or the perception of it at least. Marc mentioned that Nashan was married and the possibility of a complication if they get involved (Ew! He is old!). Then this chapter has Rochi reminding himself that Nashan was married. Also one chapter back I mentioned that I was wondering what ever happened to Braden and Rochi's cell number. It's your story, we just get to watch it unfold *cheeky grin*.

Want to get something to eat?” He relaxed with a broad smile. “Aw, thanks,” he said, “but my wife’s expecting me back. And she’s paying a lot of the bills, so I should get back on time.”

Well that totally makes me wanna sit here and stare at this site till next year. *pouts*. That's okay though, I will not have to do that as I got something awesome in the mail today... My very own number 107 out of 160! Waterways 10th Anniversary! I am so torn, should i keep it in it's pristine warped in plastic condition and only guess at the shorts inside... or oh to hells with it *opens it*. Thanks Kyell for the work that you do. I am though a bit perturbed that only so little sold so far in one month. I will cherish it!

I can still root for Braden getting things sorted in his head finally and asking our Jackal out and still be on Team Aliq right?

Looking forward to seeing how Nashan will go in the interview. Also what his marital status currently is. Now Braden - I think he is very socially inept and he knows it. He is fine out on the court but as for closer interactions with others he seems out of his depth. That comes across as defensive and brazen. Maybe with Rochi as a friend who is not expecting anything more than friendship will help alot. Braden also has to contend with are people getting close because he is Braden the swift fox.. Or Braden the great tennis start who can get tickets etc.

2017-12-27 22:34:37 +0000 UTCIf we may be so bold, i sense a re-write here. It was mentioned/injected in there that Nashan is married and Braden started using Rochi's cell number out of the blue. So Rochi and Aliq are rooming together and have the same coach now? This can be good! It works in so many ways, Aliq is aware of him and his secrets he must keep and has shown his willingness to back him up if needed. Braden finally admits that Rochi is his friend and down plays the help he gave him behind the scenes. Braden admitted that he has no other friends likely and that is why he and Rochi have dinner. I wonder if he equated to that instead of saying that he was at war with himself at asking Rochi out. Team Aliq!
