My grandmother, in her 90s, lives in Pittsburgh, so I don't see her often, and when I do it's often squeezed in on trips with other purposes (e.g. Anthrocon). She recently had a bad fall and had to go through physical therapy; she's better now and back in her assisted living facility, so I wanted to make a trip out. It's not cheap to fly across the country and rent a car and all that, but thanks to you guys, I have the means to book a trip for early November, so I'll get to see her this year.
