Concept: 
The layout was to be like a page ripped from grOw/cinema 1.

Heidi has swelled up into a massive blueberry, and gets Carl to do an@l with her. Carl decides to have some fun and massively swells his c0ck to the size of a large tree trunk, but finds himself stuck!

Fortunately, the cheerleaders are there to try and lend a hand for try and pull Carl’s massive c0ck out of his girlfriend’s rear-hole.

(Note: this is based on the layout of Page 29 in Grow Cinema Episode XIII where the cheerleaders are pulling Heidi off of The Cock. Figure the cheerleaders pulling on her arms can be reused. The situation is almost like Winnie the Pooh being pulled from Rabbit’s front-door.)

The tighter sketches change from the first to the second with these differences: Carl's expression changes from smiling to org@asmic; and Heidi's shape is now more globe-like, with "no lady bumps."
