The background is Vera's kitchen (recolored) from grOw/cinema 1, then stylized to look like watercolor.

Concept:

A young woman stubbornly pushes, squeezes, and pulls at her huge breasts (between size 12-15), trying to angle just one leaking nipple into her mouth, but it's just a little too far away to reach.
